This is sure to be a wonderful woman only gathering focused on gentle movement set to fantastic music.
This is open to women of all ages and abilities. There will be a time of meditation, reflection and journaling.

This event is limited to 15 women so we all have plenty of space to move with ease.
We suggest you bring a yoga mat or towel, some water and your sweet self to this woman's only gathering.

Jennifer has been working with music, movement and meditation all her life! She recently relocated to Punta Gorda after living for over a decade on Maui.

We hope to plan to join us on:
