October 26, 10:30 to Noon | Join Jennifer Loftus in this sweet women's gathering of movement, connection and sharing.
This event is limited to 15 women so we all have plenty of space to move with ease.
All levels and abilities are welcome to attend.
Jennifer has been working with music, movement and meditation all her life! She recently relocated to Punta Gorda after living for over a decade on Maui.
We suggest you bring a yoga mat or towel, some water and your sweet self to this woman's only gathering.

This event is happening on Saturday October 26 from 10:30 to noon and is limited to 15 participants.
The cost is $40.
